What do I do if I never received my order?

If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, or if you never received your shipment, please contact our customer support team at support@bareperformancenutrition.com with a short explanation of the situation.

Please include your name and order number.

A team member will be able to work with you to rectify the situation! Our support team may ask our customers to wait up to 7 business days to let shipping carriers sort the issue out internally; however, BPN will always make sure the customer gets what they paid for.
