Our Whey Protein is heated to 161 degrees Fahrenheit (72 degrees Cel.) for 15 seconds minimum during the Whey Protein production process.
Whey Protein is a milk product and according to the FDA, milk products must meet the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO). The Pasteurization process kills any harmful bacteria in the milk to provide the safest product possible!
