However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from www.bareperformancenutrition.com, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase.
**For some of our products, the option to try a small sample before buying a larger container is available. If you are hesitant on a certain product, we strongly encourage you to try a sample of it before committing to the whole bottle!
RETURN PROCESS: All incoming returns are tracked and anticipated, so before sending a shipment back to us we ask that you contact our customer support team with the details of your inquiry. If you send an item back without contacting our support we will be unable to issue you a refund. Once approved by our support team, returns can be sent back to our warehouse at:

Once the shipment is received by our team, we will be able to issue you a refund for the subtotal of your order. This means we will refund you what you paid for the product(s) deducting any discounts used for the purchase. If you send in a package that is unidentifiable, we will be unable to refund you, so be sure to have the name the order was placed under visible in or on the package, along with your order number.
If Bare Performance Nutrition has made a mistake during the packaging of your order, a return label will be sent to you free of charge. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REPLACEMENTS: BPN has a 60-day guarantee for apparel items such as shakers, clothing, and gym bags. If your apparel item breaks, rips, or becomes defective within 60 days of purchase, BPN will replace that item for you, free of charge.
